1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this forum (“Forum”), you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Forum even if you really want to.
2. Eligibility
You must be a decent human being and at least 30 years & 2 months old, and not living with your parents to use this Forum. 18 years and up is okay too and it's okay if you still live with your parents.
3. Account Registration
To post or interact on the Forum, you are required to create an account. I'm not sure how you could post otherwise.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information. You shall not steal, nor deal falsely, nor lie to one another.
• Keep your login credentials secure. Keep them secret, keep them safe!
• Be responsible for all activity under your account. You may not blame blame your pet, and apologizing dramatically only makes it worse.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. "We" is really "me" and don't think I won't do it.

You are responsible for anything you post, upload, share, or otherwise submit (“User Content”) because you agreed above not to blame others. By posting User Content, you grant us ("me") a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and store your content in connection with running the Forum. If you post something it will be seen by others.
5. Community Guidelines
Post like your grandma is reading it.
You agree not to post, share, or engage in content or behavior that is:
• Illegal or promotes illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, hateful, or abusive.
• Pornographic or sexually explicit.
• Violent threats or encouragement of harm.
• Spam, scams, or misleading promotion.
• Impersonation of another person. Ventriloquy or miming is okay.
• Malware, hacking, or attempts to disrupt the Forum.
• Sharing private information about others (“doxxing”).
We "I" may remove content and/or ban users at our "my" sole discretion.
6. Moderation & Enforcement
This Forum will be moderated. We "I" may: Remove or edit content. Restrict posting privileges. Suspend or terminate accounts. We are "I am" not required to provide a warning. Post carefully — no regrets.
7. Not Professional Advice
Content posted on this Forum is for general informational purposes only and should not be taken as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). I am not responsible for what you may eat, drink, smoke, or jump off of due to anything you read in this forum. Although, a little salt goes a long way.

All Forum design, branding, logos, and site content (excluding User Content) are owned by us "me" and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy or reuse any part of the Forum without permission. But if you do, I probably won't say anything. Just slip me a twenty!

This Forum is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. You get what you get and you don't throw a fit. We do not guarantee: The Forum will be available at all times. Posts will be accurate. Content will be safe or error-free. Not just spelling erors either.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from: Use of the Forum. Take care of the things that take care of you! User Content. Post nice things! Interactions between members. Be nice! Unauthorized account access. You shall not pass! (In the voice of Gandalf the Grey).
12. Termination
We "I" reserve the right to terminate your access to the Forum at any time for violating these Terms or for any reason. Don't test me! 13. Changes to These Terms We "I" may update these Terms at any time. So check back often. At least once a day. Maybe with your morning coffee. Continued use of the Forum means you accept the changes.
